Product Overview
The 1791-24AR (Series B) is an Allen-Bradley 1791 Block I/O module providing 24 AC discrete inputs and 8 relay outputs in a compact remote I/O node. It integrates a built-in AC power supply and Remote I/O interface, and is typically used with legacy PLC-2, PLC-3, PLC-5 and SLC-500 systems for machine-level control tasks such as proximity sensor, pushbutton or limit switch monitoring, and relay-driven load actuation in manufacturing, packaging, and material handling environments. 1791-24AR supports daisy-chain Remote I/O topology.
