Product Overview
The Allen-Bradley 1791-IOBX is a 1791 Block I/O module integrating 64 sinking inputs and 64 sourcing outputs with internal power supply and Remote I/O interface. It connects to PLC-2, PLC-3, PLC-5 or SLC-500 systems via RIO link using Belden 9463 cable. Designed for distributed I/O, it consolidates an I/O module, rack, adapter and power supply in a single housing. Typical usage includes mid-range discrete I/O expansion where space and wiring consolidation are priorities.
