Product Overview

The 1769-L16ER-BB1B is a CompactLogix 5370 L1 programmable logic controller (PLC) from Allen-Bradley, offering embedded digital I/O and Ethernet/IP communications. It features 16 sinking 24 V DC inputs and 16 sourcing 24 V DC outputs and supports up to six POINT I/O expansion modules via the POINTBus backplane. With two Ethernet ports configured for Device Level Ring (DLR) and a USB port for firmware updates and programming, it provides 384 kB user memory and ships with a 1 GB SD memory card. Typical applications include mid-scale machine control, standalone automation cells, and distributed control architectures.
