Product Overview

The 1756-EN4TR is an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix EtherNet/IP communication module. It provides dual-port, 10/100/1G twisted-pair Ethernet connectivity with CIP Security support. Integrated into ControlLogix chassis, it supports up to 512 TCP connections and 256 axes of motion control. The module supports redundant adapter configurations and PRP network topologies and is typically applied in applications requiring secure, high-connection-count Ethernet communications within industrial machine control or motion systems. 1756-EN4TR integrates within ControlLogix platforms to extend network reach and secure real-time I/O messaging.
