Product Overview
The 1756-IT6I is an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix isolated thermocouple and millivolt input module, discontinued as of March 31, 2017. It provides six independently isolated input channels for temperature measurement via thermocouples or direct millivolt signals. The module mounts in a ControlLogix chassis using a removable terminal block and communicates with the controller over the I/O backplane. Typical uses include temperature monitoring in industrial process control, batch systems, and thermal profiling applications. 1756-IT6I enables thermocouple linearization and cold-junction compensation.
