Product Overview

The 1756-L82ESK is an Allen-Bradley GuardLogix 5580 safety-rated controller designed for use in chassis-based, distributed control systems. It provides 5 MB standard user memory and 2.5 MB dedicated safety memory, supports integrated SafeNET, and includes embedded Gigabit Ethernet and USB interfaces. The 1756-L82ESK implements safety logic at SIL 2 / PL d levels and is suitable for mid-to-high complexity industrial safety applications such as robotic cells, automotive assembly, and packaging lines. 1756-L82ESK is conformally coated for harsh environment protection.
