Product Overview

The 1756-M03SE is an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 3-axis SERCOS interface servo module. It enables serial real-time communication between a ControlLogix controller and up to three Kinetix SERCOS drives, using fiber-optic link to reduce copper wiring. Installed in a standard ControlLogix chassis, the 1756-M03SE provides position, velocity, and torque control over SERCOS networks at 4 or 8 Mbps rates. It is typically used in motion control applications such as multi-drive synchronization in machine tooling, packaging, or handling systems.
