Product Overview

The 1783-BMS10CGN is a managed industrial Ethernet switch in the Allen-Bradley Stratix 5700 series. It provides eight 10/100 Base-T RJ45 ports and two gigabit combination (RJ45/SFP) uplink ports. It supports IEEE 1588 CIP Sync and network address translation (NAT). Intended for network infrastructure within control systems, it facilitates managed Ethernet connectivity in machine-level and cell-level industrial networks. Commonly deployed for segmenting traffic, synchronizing devices, and providing uplink flexibility.
