Product Overview

The Allen-Bradley 1783-HMS4EG8CGN is a member of the Stratix 5400 family of 12-port managed Ethernet switches. Designed for industrial networking, it provides Layer 2 switching with 4 PoE+/PoE (IEEE 802.3at) ports and 8 Gigabit combo ports (RJ45/SFP). In a control system, it delivers power-and-data aggregation for devices like cameras, I/O modules, or wireless access points. It is commonly deployed on DIN-rail within factory or machine control cabinets.
