Product Overview

The 2090-XB33-16 is an Allen-Bradley Bulletin 2090 resistive brake module (RBM) rated at 33 A and 16 Ω. It integrates into Kinetix drive systems to dissipate regenerative energy and decelerate servo motors electrically. The module mounts in drive cabinets and connects between servo motor and drive, serving in motion control applications such as axis stopping, safe deceleration, and dynamic braking functions. 2090-XB33-16 assists in managing kinetic energy in servo-based systems.
