Product Overview
The Siemens 6SL3320-1TE32-6AA3 is a SINAMICS S120 Single Motor Module designed for chassis-mounted internal air-cooled drive systems. It converts 510-720 V DC link voltage to three-phase 400 V AC output at up to 260 A continuous, enabling motor control in high-power industrial applications such as machine tools, servo systems, and process automation. This module includes integrated extended safety functions via DRIVE-CLiQ and supports SIL 2 / PL d safety integrity levels.
