Product Overview

The 1719-AENTR is an Ex I/O EtherNet/IP adapter module within the Allen-Bradley 1719 Ex I/O family. It functions as the communication interface between a remote I/O distributed field network and an EtherNet/IP control system. The module mounts to the backplane bus and interacts with all 1719 remote I/O modules via a 24 V DC low-voltage power supply. Typical industrial uses include hazardous-area installations, distributed I/O in process control, and Ex-rated remote I/O networks.
