Product Overview
The 1771-ODD is an isolated AC digital output module in the Allen-Bradley 1771 (PLC-5) family. It provides 16 isolated output channels rated for 85-138 V AC (nominal 120 VAC) and is installed in a compatible 1771 I/O chassis. Each channel uses zero-cross switching triac outputs with built-in suppression, suitable for driving motor starters, solenoids, or other AC loads. The module draws 420 mA from the backplane and delivers up to 2 A per channel, 8 A total. Discontinued as of December 31, 2016.
