Product Overview

The 1772-SD2 is a Remote I/O Scanner/Distribution Panel from Allen-Bradley's PLC-2 family, used to link multiple I/O racks or modules to PLC-2 series controllers (such as PLC-2/20, PLC-2/30) over remote serial data links. It functions as a communication bridge, facilitating control and monitoring by scanning up to 16 remote adapters and supporting standard or paired-rack I/O configurations.
