Product Overview

The 872C-D4NP12-D4 is an Allen-Bradley 12 mm barrel tubular inductive proximity sensor from the 872C family. It operates on 3-wire DC, sources PNP output, offers a nominal sensing distance of 4 mm, and uses a Micro Quick-Disconnect (DC) connection. Within an industrial control system it is used for non-contact detection of metal targets, suitable for machine safeguarding, position sensing, part detection, and motion control applications.
