Product Overview

The IC200PNS002 is a GE Fanuc VersaMax PROFINET Scanner (PNS) module intended for use in VersaMax PLC systems. It functions as a PROFINET Class A IO-Device, enabling networked I/O data exchange over fiber-optic links. Installed in a VersaMax I/O rack, it supports configurable I/O data update rates and interfaces with RX3i central processing units. Typical applications include industrial machine control, distributed I/O networks, and systems requiring optical isolation for electromagnetic environments. Part number IC200PNS002 integrates PROFINET communication into VersaMax architectures.
