Product Overview

The CJ1W-CT021 is an Omron CJ-series special I/O unit that adds two independent high-speed counters to a CJ- or NJ-series programmable controller rack. It supports multiple counter modes (simple, circular, linear), phase A/B/Z inputs, and configurable digital inputs/outputs. The unit enables pulse counting, rate measurement, output gating, and interrupt functions, suitable for motion feedback and position monitoring applications within industrial control systems. CJ1W-CT021 integrates directly into the PLC rack and communicates with the CPU over the I/O bus.
