Product Overview

The CJ1W-SCU32 is an Omron CJ-series Serial Communications Unit (CPU Bus Unit) providing one RS-232C port and one RS-422A/485 port. It enables serial protocols (Protocol Macro, Host Link, NT Link, Serial Gateway, No-protocol, Modbus-RTU Slave) with adjustable baud rates and communication distances. The unit integrates into CJ1 systems, expanding communication capabilities for diagnostics, external device interfacing, or host communications in machine control, data acquisition, or supervisory systems. CJ1W-SCU32 supports up to 230.4 kbps baud with appropriate unit version and complements CPU bus expansion.
