Product Overview

The CJ1W-TC001 is an Omron CJ-series special I/O temperature control unit. It integrates PID (2- or 4-loop) or ON/OFF temperature control, accepting direct input from seven thermocouple types (R, S, K, J, T, B, L). The unit mounts on a CJ-series CPU or expansion rack and communicates with the CPU for RUN/STOP, autotuning, and heater burnout detection. It is used in industrial temperature regulation applications, such as heat treatment, process ovens, or batch control systems, where precision and compact integration within a PLC rack are required.
