Product Overview

The CJ1W-TC004 is a temperature control special I/O unit for the OMRON CJ-series programmable controller platform. The part provides two independent temperature control loops with built-in heater burnout detection, accepting platinum resistance thermometer sensors (Pt100, JPt100) and generating open-collector PNP pulse outputs. It mounts into a CJ-series CPU or expansion rack, exchanging process values, setpoints, and status via the special I/O data area. Typical applications include heating system control, thermal process regulation, and temperature loop integration within PLC systems.
