Product Overview

The Siemens part 6GK7343-1GX31-0XE0 is the SIMATIC CP 343-1 Advanced communications processor module for the S7-300 series. It provides an Industrial Ethernet interface to connect an S7-300 CPU as a PROFINET IO controller and/or IO device, supporting protocols including RT, IRT, MRP, TCP/IP, ISO, UDP, S7, S5-compatible communication (SEND/RECEIVE with fetch/write via RFC1006), multicast diagnostics, SNMP, DHCP, FTP client/server, email, firewall/VPN functionality, and PROFIenergy.
