Product Overview

The Siemens 6ES5955-3LC42 is a power supply module from the SIMATIC S5 series, designed for central controllers (ZG S5-135U/155U) and expansion units (EG 183/185U). It accepts selectable 120 V AC or 230 V AC input voltage and delivers regulated DC outputs of 5 V at 18 A, 15 V at 0.5 A, and coarse-regulated 24 V at 1 A. The module includes safe electrical separation per EN 60950, and is recognized under UL 508 and cUL C22.2 standards. This part is discontinued as of October 1, 2022. Part number 6ES5955-3LC42 integrates power conditioning for legacy industrial automation systems.
