Product Overview

The Siemens part 6ES7151-1AA06-0AB0 is the SIMATIC DP interface module IM 151-1 STANDARD for ET 200S distributed I/O systems. It functions as the PROFIBUS DP gateway between field I/O modules (up to 63) and a central PROFIBUS DP master. It includes the necessary termination module and supports distributed automation architectures, where remote I/O clusters are required. It is frequently used in machine control panels, modular manufacturing systems, and process skids integrating ET 200S I/O under PROFIBUS DP control. This interface module is offered as a spare part only.
