Product Overview

The Siemens 3RV1031-4GA10 is a SIRIUS series circuit breaker (size S2) intended for motor protection within industrial control architectures. It provides adjustable overload protection in the 36-45 A range with class-10 tripping characteristics and thermomagnetic short-circuit protection. Integrated into a control system, it serves as the protective element upstream of contactors or motor starters, interrupting fault currents and preventing motor overload damage. Typical applications include motor branch circuit protection, load segmentation in machinery, and retrofit or spare part replacement in legacy SIRIUS systems.
