Product Overview

The Siemens 6GT2801-2BA10 is a SIMATIC RF300-series RFID reader (RF340R, Generation 2) with RS-422 (3964R) serial interface. It reads ISO 15693, ISO 18000-3, ISO 14443 and Siemens RF300-specific transponders at 13.56 MHz with up to 140 mm read range. With IP67 rating and an integrated antenna, it is intended for installation in industrial environments where non-contact identification and serial communications are required. The reader is broadly applied in material tracking, access control, and production automation systems.
