Product Overview

The 5094-HSC is an Allen-Bradley FLEX 5000 series high-speed counter I/O module. It provides two differential quadrature (ABZ) inputs and four high-speed output channels for counting pulse inputs and issuing fast outputs within a Logix 5000 control system. Designed for distributed I/O installations, it integrates via EtherNet/IP and communicates in a producer-consumer pattern. Typical industrial uses include motion feedback counting, event-driven output triggering, and high-speed monitoring up to microsecond resolution. Part number 5094-HSC is supported within the FLEX 5000 platform.
