Product Overview

The NX-ECC201 EtherCAT Coupler Unit is part of OMRON's NX-series I/O System. It provides the interface between an EtherCAT master and up to 63 NX-series I/O Units, enabling data exchange via PDO and SDO/mailbox communication. It supplies power to downstream NX Units and handles EtherCAT communication over shielded RJ45 connectors. Mounted in control panels, it is typically used in machine automation systems for rapid, synchronized remote I/O expansion under an EtherCAT architecture.
